Double room available to rent in a flat located in Bournemouth, only a 5 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes into the town centre. Room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a mirror, lamp and a bedside table.

You will have access to a bathroom (bath, shower, toilet and sink). Also a lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, oven, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils etc.

I work full time meaning the flat is quiet during the day but more sociable in the evenings and at the weekends. Also looking to move out in Novemeber so it would become a live-out landlord. Happy to negotiate on the rent depending on the right tenant.
