I have a beautiful single room available (but it can accommodate a double bed). My home is modern, light and benefits from under floor heating downstairs. I have a large open plan kitchen diner with plenty of storage space for you and lots of room for you to relax and prepare meals.. There is ample parking if you need a space on the driveway. We are close to the university and only a ten minute walk and 3 miles from Bournemouth town centre and beaches. Castle point shopping centre is only a 25 min walk. This would be sharing with myself and two daughters who are only there 50% of the time. We have a large garden where you can relax and your room also overlooks this. Look forward to hearing from you.
