CRM Students - St Peter's Hall Student Flats

Hi, myself and my partner are currently living in this 1 bedroom premium studio flat and will be moving out on June 15th this year, we are looking to let out the flat to someone (or a couple) for the remainder of the summer tenancy which ends on the 23rd of August.

The rent is £299. All bills including wifi are included. Students do not have to pay council tax however the council must be informed you are a student.

The accommodation is located right in the centre of Bournemouth a seconds walk away from the town centre as well of lots of restaurants and bars, the beach is also around a five minute walk away, there is a bus stop with direct links to university right outside and a large car park round the corner.

Inside the accommodation there is a gym, laundry room, two social rooms, and a cinema room, there are only around 100 rooms in the entire building meaning it is relatively quiet and the facilities are never busy. The building is also very secure with security, keycard doors and CCTV. Our room is on the third floor in the corner meaning there is never any noise and we also have an extra window.

The room itself is very clean and modern, plenty of storage + room for personal touches, the extra window allows for a lot more natural light.
