i have 2 rooms available to let in a large detached house
The single room is on 2nd floor and although small as it is of an attic conversion it does contain everything you would need and is comfortable and cosy there is also a small washroom shared with 2 others the shower is on the floor below
The double is a good size and again contains everything you would need it does contain 2 single beds so sharers welcome
Both rooms have recently been decorated
The shared kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped so you would not need to bring anything
The other tenants are a lovely group and you would be made to feel very welcome they get together quite often to eat and socialise
I do live in the property with my son in a separate apartment so you would not see me much but I am on hand should you need
We are close to a bus stop that takes you straight to talbot campus also another bus would go to landsdowne and the town centre in about 10 minutes
The rent does include all bills with wi fi
