Located in the Charminster BH9 area, the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for professionals. The house features a beautiful garden and is currently home to two professional males aged 37 and 40, and one professional female aged 30.
The available double room is fully furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinets, two built-in double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV. The room shares a bathroom with one female lodger, while the other housemates have their own en-suite bathrooms.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. The lounge area is furnished with a large sofa and a widescreen TV, providing a perfect space for relaxation and socialising.
We are looking for a new housemate roughly aged between 24 and 45 who is clean, tidy, and happy to share household chores. A cleaner visits once a month to maintain the bathroom, kitchen, communal stairway, and lounge, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment.
The rent for the room is £600 per month, which includes all bills, and a deposit of £600 is required.
Polite reminder, cleanliness is a must we pride our home in being clean and pitching in with chores is expected :)
