1 single room in a nice area , bills included

I am looking for a housemate (only female) . I live alone and working . I usually come home late time, therefore it’s quiet and peaceful . You will feel relax. I have a sharing living room . All bills included . There is free internet. Location is very good . You can go to town centre, winton and Boscome by walking . It takes only 25 minutes. Holdenhurst is 5 minutes by walk. There is Aldi and Tesco . It takes 5 minutes to walk . Asda is very close. It takes 10 minutes. There is parking space. I only consider clean person. I would like to see common area clean and tidy.
This is monthly price for the rent ,but you can pay in two weeks or monthly. What ever easy for u .
