2 double rooms to rent bills inc

Friendly Relaxed young couple with 2 cats looking to rent out our 2 spare bedrooms.
We both work full time Monday-Friday.

Room 1: Double bed with desk.
The room is large and bright with views of the garden.

Room 2: Smaller room with double bed.
We can swap the double bed for a single and a desk if required, alternatively there is a spare loft room that you can also use should you want an office space.

Located in Charminster near Bournemouth centre.
10min walk from the train station.
Plenty of on street parking.

Modern Bathroom with XL bathtub. Would be shared with 1 other person as we mainly use our en-suite.

£140 a week or £525 a month all bills included.
