Furnished small double bedroom.
The room overlooks the neighbour’s back garden so very quiet at night. Granted it’s not the largest room, however, it’s not a HBO so you don’t have to share with many others.

Room is freshly decorated and the furniture is a year old

Would like a down to earth sociable flatmate, someone who open, direct and respectful. Communication and understanding is key to us getting along. Someone who is clean and tidy. I am looking for someone who will treat my home with respect as I do and help out with the chores and has an upbeat, positive and sociable personality.

There is street parking, (sorry the space on the drive is mine, we could possibly share depending on our schedules).

I am in the process of refurbishing the property over time so there is some work that needs doing, however, it’s a lovely warm home.

I am a smoker but I will not be smoking indoors, ever. If you’re a smoker you will need to smoke outside, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.

I have a cat she keeps herself to herself, so hopefully you’re not allergic.

I am young at heart, I love music, like to laugh and occasionally be merry 🥂 Easy going, spiritual but not religious. I am direct and honest.

No shoes to be worn inside the property

Bathroom/Toilet
Leave it clean for the next person to use. As you would like to find it

Kitchen
Leave it as you find, clean up after yourself. Be proactive if you see that the bin or recycling needs taking out.

Chores
Chores are equally share between both of us.

I like a clean home so would suit someone who is of the same mentality.
