Double room to rent

We are currently looking for a tenant to move into our quiet, fun and warm family home.

Who we are -
Both working professionals.
Wesley works in building maintenance and lucy works locally in recruitment.

We have a cute little toddler called Bradley. He sleeps well at night and loves to play cars or dinosaurs 🦕
We are very outdoorsy people and love a walk in the local park/forest or a swim in the sea. Lucy loves her house plants as you will see around the house and Wesley loves his motorbikes.
We have a kitten 🐈 called Cheesie.

House 🏡
3 bedroom house with bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs. Conservatory off the kitchen/dinning room that then leeds onto the wooden decking with apple tree for morning coffee. There is then a path that leads down to the summer house/cinema 📽️ room amd Wesley's Garage.

We are 30min bus ride to Poole centre or Bournemouth centre - postcode BH104DP if you need to check. We are close to Aldi, Tesco & Sainsbury's
Shops near us open till midnight and open at 6am.

Behind us is Slades farm park with skate park, velodrome and forest. All walking distance from the house.

We have quiet, friendly neighbours too!
