Hi there,

Available from mid August is this double bedroom in a warm, relaxed, well-cared-for, 3x bedroom flatshare.
We're looking for a tidy, pleasant professional (or responsible/mature student), .

Preferably, we're looking for a longer term let, i. e. 6 to 12+ months at a time.

The whole house has been completely refurbished in 2021. New bathrooms, new kitchen(s), new carpets, new beds, new furniture & desks etc.

The rooms are bright and spacious (warm in the winter) with lots of natural light from large windows. Each room has a double bed (fresh duvet and bedding supplied), large wardrobes with drawers.

Besides the ensuite (with bath & overhead shower), a newly installed WC/bath/shower room is shared between the two other rooms, along with a nice, clean, bright newly fitted kitchen/breakfast room.

The whole property is actually a large(ish) 4/5 bed detached house with a south-facing front, & a large back yard.

But the house is divided between upstairs & downstairs flats, with the downstairs used occasionally by myself (when in town) & one other flatmate, family or for short term lets.

The self-contained flat upstairs has a its own second, separate kitchen/breakfast room & shared family suite bathroom (besides of course the ensuite bathroom in the third room).

The entrance for the house is shared by everyone, but the rooms & facilities upstairs vs downstairs are self contained & separate.

Normally, I'm a professional musician (49), based out of Kent but had been often abroad on contract until the plandemic. Lately I've been staying nearby with my Mum as carer & companion in Southbourne.

The property is located in Pokesdown on the outskirts of Southbourne, just off Christchurch Road & almost right next to Kings Park - Minutes walk away from most shops & conveniences, including a late-closing Tesco Express around the corner, as well as Southbourne Highstreet in one direction & Boscombe promenade in the other, with their fair selection of restaurants cafes, bars & many varried shops on both.

Public transport is great from here. We're literally one minute walk away from a bus stop & 6 minutes from Pokesdown railway station, with regular trains West to Bournemouth & Poole - Or East to Ringwood, Salisbury, Southampton & London.

These vacancies are offered to single, non-smoking professionals. Ideally, relaxed, tidy and considerate of others, with a proverbial day job.

We accept a month's rent in advance and one month's rent deposit.
All bills and c. tax (Band B) are covered, including 24hr, unlimited, 100mbps, fibre, wireless broadband and a bi-weekly cleaner.

You may appreciate that this is not a wild party house but rather a home... Very friendly and casual but where tranquility is a good thing.
