We have a very generously-sized room available in a shared house for young professionals 21-29 years, single occupancy only. This is a well-maintained, friendly and welcoming atmosphere where you can feel at home.

Working professionals only please, we are unable to accept couples, students, pets or children.

This lovely fresh and newly decorated room is bright, clean, and comfortable, on the ground floor of this 3-storey house.
It has a standard double bed (135 cm) with plenty of storage space under, and a personal wash basin.
Please note: Bedding is for display only and not included in rental.

Perfect location to live in Bournemouth! The house is very close to Bournemouth town centre, the shops, the gymn and library. And of course access to the lovely beach just over 12 minutes walk.

We like clean and tidy, so expect you to be the same. To help towards that we have arranged weekly cleaning to communal areas; you will be responsible to tidy up after yourselves, and look after your room.

Communal facilities include:
• Shared kitchen with space fridge/freezer
• Shared dining room and utility area
• Shared lounge with TV.
• 3 shared bathrooms.

References required: Photo ID and references are required for all tenants as standard. All housemates will be fully referenced and checked to ensure they are a good fit for the household.
• For this room, prospective tenants will also be asked to prove their salary is minimum of £22,500 and will require a clean credit history.
• Each tenant is given an individual tenancy agreement (Assured Short-hold Tenancy)
