I live in a 2-bedroom end-of-terrace house in a quiet residential street close to Broadway Lane, Bournemouth. My previous 2 lodgers were both mature students, one returned home to Germany and the most recent one has moved to Southampton to start a new job, hence now seeking a new lodger. The house is newly carpeted throughout, and has a new shower room. There is a secluded rear garden and a driveway available for a small to medium car. Room would suit single male or female mature student or professional.

Rent includes all bills, and broadband internet is available.

The room available is a double room, together with shared use of the lounge, kitchen and bathroom (shower).
