The house is located two blocks away from Charminster Road, near to Tesco express, bus stop, parks and gym.. There is space to store a bike and there is ample street parking. The house is well maintained and a cleaner goes regularly. Although it’s expected that everyone maintained the communal area clean and tidy.
The rooms are comfortable, light and spacious.
It’s for a single occupancy , quiet and friendly person., not working from home.
No parties and we ask to respect the times between 10pm and 7 am
Non smokers or vapers.
All bills and internet are included.
£640 per month.
