The ground floor flat has a shared lounge and kitchen. There is a toilet and a bathroom (inc toilet) as well as a patio/balcony area. All bills included (council tax, internet, contents insurance etc.). Parking space in a secure underground carpark. Visitor parking is also available. Room comes unfurnished, but if you would like it furnished this can be arranged.

I am female, 30 and own the property. I work from home in the brewing industry as well as travelling often for work. I am very tidy and respectful of others space as I have always lived in houseshares.

Full-time let preferred but Mon-Fri lets can be considered.
