Top floor - (so bare in mind 3 flights of long stairs and 3 of small no lift so not practical really for young children ).
On the other hand no noise from anyone being above !
Extra large bathroom and storage area for a studio.
Main feature bed tucks neatly away for the daytime when visitors come - and pulls back down still made so no extra time doing this when you tired and ready for bed !
Parking is not great ! you are so close to park and beach (literally less than hundred foot to the park from flat then that again to steps down to beach) so as summer here everyone will be trying to park on that road (as no parking restrictions or lines) - so better if no car .
electric heating
Bills not included
private landlord so please no contact from agents or companies for their employees as i only deal direct with the tenant
