Double Bedroom to Rent in Central Bournemouth

Hi!!

Me and my friend Sam, (both non-binary, 28 + 27 respectively) are seeking a housemate to join us on a year-long tenancy for a 4-bed flat in central Bournemouth (between Cameo and the Mary Shelley).

Our current flatmates are a couple and are now seeking their own place when this current tenancy ends in August. Myself and Sam are looking to renew the tenancy but would love a third person to help us split the cost a bit! We would prefer if you signed the tenancy agreement with us, we do have a guarantor of our own ready if needed but in previous years our landlord did not require one. We are both chill people who tend to prefer nights in to nights out as neither of us are big drinkers and would prefer someone who is more of a 420 lover. We both like video games, cooking, music, Sam plays guitar and I play bass - only at socially acceptable times though! - and we like to keep a clean flat and just split chores as they come up.

The rent is £1,130, so it will be approximately £376 each, after bills this should be around £560-£570 each per month.

You will have the biggest room in the flat, a spacious double bedroom with bay windows, with me and Sam having our own separate rooms and the 4th (smallest) bedroom being used as a living room/chill out room. More photos to come of your bedroom but our housemate is abroad on holiday so we are waiting for them to come back to take photos of their room :)

We live incredibly close to town, with a bus stop right outside that takes you to the train station every 10 minutes or so, and it's a 5 minute walk (if that) to the Town Square. The flat is on the 3rd/top floor of an apartment building, but we do have a lift! There is one W/C and a separate bathroom with a sink and shower/bath. We have a washing machine and use air-driers in the living room.

Sam and myself both have family outside of Bournemouth so we both travel semi-frequently to go see them. I work from home regularly, while Sam works in an office in Ringwood.

We would also prefer the tenant to be LGBT+ as myself and Sam are both within the LGBT+ community but it's not a requirement!
