I have a vacant furnished small double room in a refurbished 2 bedroom flat.
I am a live in landlord with a two year old Cockapoo, so you must be comfortable with a dog.
Although it’s not en-suite, the bathroom is right next door.
I have a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc.
You will have shared access to the lounge with fast broadband and all the films and series that you could ever think of!
There is a private enclosed garden at the rear and space for a second vehicle at the front.
I am a non smoker, kind, considerate and respectful.
