-The house is in quiet cul de sac location. The single room is furnished, bright and clean. All bills included in rent, including wifi and council tax.
-Free off-road parking outside the property and front and rear garden to use to relax. I have weights in garden, you can use it.
-Large kitchen with wash machine, tumblerdryer, microwave and other stuff like cutlery and pots free to use.
-I live in the house, so I am only looking for a working professional. Pets are welcome subject to discussion.
-I do the cleaning myself, so no need to clean, the house is always very clean.
The room is available immediately. Deposit is only 2 weeks of rent which is 283£. Rent is 665£ per calendar month. I prefer a person to stay long term but can consider short term, too.
-House is in perfect location,10min walk from GP Morgan and BH Hospital and 10 min walk from Castlepoint shopping center.
-Rent is available from 1st of August but could be arranged to be available earlier subject to discussion.
