Double room for rent (Female preferred)

We have a room available for rent in a quiet and cozy house.
The room is well-lit and includes a bed, wardrobe, armchair, desk and bookshelf.

The flat has two floors: upstairs has 3 bedrooms (female-preferred) and a toilet. Downstairs has the bathroom, lounge, kitchen, and 1 bedroom.". The landlord does not allow bicycles inside the house.

The ideal tenant must be a professional or student (no WFH, as walls are thin and we want to respect your workspace/privacy), be a non-smoker, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful. Since the house holds scents easily, we prefer to avoid strong-smelling foods or heavy spices and limited visitors to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

The room will be available starting September 1st. Ideally looking for someone interested in a medium to long-term stay (preferably 6 months minimum), but we’re flexible for the right person!

Some of our hobbies include yoga, board games, watercolor painting, photography, movies, and baking.

Our home is conveniently located close to public transport and shops.

The rent is around £450 depending on the electricity and gas bill.
