Room for rent on the 2nd floor, including double-glazed windows, price negotiable.

Nationalities include Colombian, Peruvian, and British. All speak English and Spanish.

The property includes 2 toilets and 2 showers, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Big kitchen and separate living room.
