Double room to rent in a 2 bed flat.

I am looking for a flatmate looking to extend my current contract, all the paperwork will be done through the agency and the contract will be for the whole flat (the contract will be under both names, mine and the new tenant).

References and a working contract will be needed.

Looking for someone calm, tidy (just leave things how you find them), and easy going person. Preferably looking for a professional.
I am currently working from home so you will see me around during the day :).

Spacious double room to rent comes with a bed, sofa, chest of drawers, coffee table and built in wardrobe.

Is a very affordable flat, it comes with central heating, it is very bright and warm and just 7 minutes away from the beach.

Shared common areas: small entrance-dining room, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen.

Usually, less than £540 per month with bills (bills not included so rent+council tax + electricity + WIFI) council tax band B.
