A garden view en-suit double room

Hi ladies,
I have this bright and airy en-suite double room - garden view - in a nice area of Bmouth available from September. This 4 bedroom townhouse has three floors, a kitchen and a living room on the ground floor, this en-suit room on the middle floor and my bedroom on the top floor. I occupy the living room / conservatory whenever I work from home - I work for network rail and mostly work from home but sometimes travel to work so you and Pixie 🐈 will be on your own for a few days.

The beautiful Meyrick park is in walking distance as well as a Tesco express and some other shops , pubs and restaurants. Bmouth uni is just around the corner, 15 min walk.

I’m looking for a truly “quiet” and “clean” and “respectful” female full-time student lodger with positive energy&attitude with minimum staying 11 months as I don’t want my room remains empty all the next summer.

You’ll have your own small fridge in the kitchen. Kettle in your room and we can discuss about other stuff you may need.

Please tell me about yourself, provide me some details about your course , if you have a part time job , family members/friends to visit , so I get the idea who is interested.
