Affordable Penthouse Room 5 Minutes from The Beach

I'm renting a penthouse appartment in Bournemouth town centre 5 minutes from the beach with a spare room and am looking for a friendly and sociable flat mate. I work as a maths teacher making 40k a year in Bournemouth. I'm 25.

The flat is in a brand new building. The building has a gym, and community area with pool table. The building has a consierge and security. It's next to all the shops in town centre but the road the building is on is quiet and peaceful. I keep the flat very neat and tidy.

I'm usually at work during the day, so you will have the house to yourself in the day time.

Personally, I'm super open minded and friendly, health concious and go to the gym. I love cooking tasty food and chilling with family and friends. I love going for walks by the beach and exploring nature.
I often visit family on weekends, so you'll also have the house to yourself then.
