One bed room to rent

I have a one bed room, one living room and one kitchen and one toilet in Bournemouth town centre in Dean park road which is residential area, in decent Porsche locality with so much greenery around. House is near to Bournemouth train station and ASDA superstore, LDL and town centre and ODEON mall and Bournemouth beach. Am looking to share with a lady. rent and bills included 600-650 per month( based on bills) . Preferably female professional or student. Landlord has suggested for new combined contract for both of us for six months (when the 2nd tenant wants to join the house,) and the new tenant has to provide references to landlord and reference checks will be done by landlord.

I am looking for a nice flat mate or mature lady who would keep the flat clean and tidy, calm and working professional is my preference . Feel free to discuss with me.
