The kitchen is small, suitable for light daily cooking, and it includes a washing machine; however, there is no tumble dryer. You will have shared access to high-speed broadband, and the property features a private, enclosed garden at the rear.

The house is conveniently located on bus routes to Bournemouth and Poole town centres. It is within walking distance of the Talbot Campus, as well as areas such as Turbary Retail Park, Wallisdown, Moordown, Winton, and Kinson.

I am a live-in landlord with a cat; you must be comfortable with pets. I am laid-back, open-minded, and easy to get along with. We speak Spanish, French and Italian and are non-smokers who value kindness, consideration, and respect.
