1x double 1x single would suit students

I have a bright double room to let in a large detached house
The room has recently been decorated it does contain 2 single beds so sharing is an option although single occupancy is also fine
The single room is of an attic conversion although small it does contain everything you would need and is comfortable and cosy
The house itself has 2 shared shower rooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen
It is a very quiet and peaceful environment although other tenants are very welcoming
We are close to both uni campus and town centre is just a short bus journey away no more than 10 mins all other travel links are near by
I myself live in the property in a separate apartment so I am on hand should need arise
