Double room for rent

We have a room available for rent in a quiet and cozy house.
The room is well-lit and includes a bed, wardrobe, desk and bookshelf.
The house has 2 shared bathrooms, a kitchen with a washing machine and lounge. There are 4 rooms in total (2 men and 1 woman). The landlord does not allow bicycles inside the house.

The ideal tenant must be a professional female (not a student, not working from home), be a non-smoker, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful. We prefer limited visitors to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

The room will be available starting October 1st. The minimum stay is 6 months, but we prefer someone who plans to stay for more than a year.

Our home is conveniently located close to public transport and shops.

The rent is around £420 depending on the electricity and gas bill.
