The available room is fully furnished with a double wardrobe and 2 cabinet draws and a flat-screen TV. The room shares a bathroom with one male , while the other housemates have their own en-suite bathrooms.
The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. The lounge area is furnished with a large sofa and a widescreen TV, providing a perfect space for relaxation and socialising.
We are looking for a new housemate aged between 21 and 40 who is clean, tidy, and happy to share household chores. A cleaner visits once a month to maintain the bathroom, kitchen, communal stairway, and lounge, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment.
The rent for the room is £530per month, which includes all bills and wi-if , and a deposit of £530 is required.
