Very large double room in garden flat

Large spacious double bedroom (actually fits x2 double beds) including double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. This room is bright and spacious and has plenty of floor space plus a skylight.

The ground floor garden flat is located between winton and Charminster shops, near to both universities, Stokewood gym and Meyrick park.

The room includes a shower room (private use), kitchen, lounge and private garden/ patio for the flat’s use only. The kitchen has a microwave, hob, oven etc. plus a washing machine (no dryer) and fridge freezer.

I’m looking for a lodger who is easy going and respectful with a regular work/ Univeristy pattern as I often work night shifts and need to sleep during the day. No working from home please.

No smokers (vaping allowed), small pets considered (guinea pig, hamster, tortoise, well behaved cat 🐈 ) No couples unfortunately.
