It’s a brilliant location: about a 10-minute walk to Bournemouth Uni, 5 minutes to Winton High Street, 30 minutes to the town centre, and close to bus stops and the beach.

The room’s fully furnished with a new oak double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, desk and chair (if you’d like them), and I can add a wardrobe if you prefer.

All bills are included (water, gas, electric, and broadband). You’ll have access to a large kitchen with everything you need: coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, fast internet, and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
