Double master bedroom in two bedroom in Bournemouth town centre, a 5 minute walk into town, 15mins to the beach and 15mins to the train station.
You'll be the only person living in the flat most of the time with me (the landlady) occasionally visiting and staying in the other room.
I am looking for a professional individual or to enjoy my fully-furnished flat with a balcony and calm vibes in Bournemouth town centre. The master bedroom (yours) has an ensuite and there is another family bathroom too. Both bathrooms have been recently refurbished. Bills will be included but should rates rise, this will be reflected in a change of rent.
I welcome viewers to come and see how great the space is - i fell in love with it as soon as I saw it! There is first come/first serve parking in the building, and plenty of free parking on the road. There is also a garage for storage - perfect for bikes/ surfboards.
