Our house is a ground floor flat, with a walk way garden. The room is spacious with a built in mirror wardrobe. It is also fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, two built in tower shelves and desk cabinet. Our home is located a short walk away from Charminster High Street and all the local shops and take aways.

Access to shared large kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and walk way garden.

We do have a cat who loves cuddles and tricking you into thinking he's stuck.

All bills included - electricity, gas, water, sewage, council tax and house insurance. Council tax band B.

We are looking for a working professional who likes a quiet life to rent out this bedroom for a maximum of 6 months.

The pictures were taken before our current housemate moved in so there have been changes to the house including a drawer set in the bathroom and more clutter in the kitchen! Unfortunately the yellow chair is no longer available in the room now either.
