I have a room booked at Belaton house that I no longer require. The room is a classic En Suite with a shared kitchen, private bathroom and small double bed. The size of the room is 12.7 square meters which is good pricing for all the features offered. All bills are included as well as high-speed WiFi, 24hr support and on-site laundry. The price is £206 a week. The tenancy is from Sunday 8th September 2024 to Sunday 31st August 2025. Belaton house has a cinema room as well as an indoor gym and study space.
