2 male professionals currently living there who are sociable, respectful and clean. Extremely good price for the area, with parking space provided. Room can be available fully furnished (bed/mattress with protector, desk, drawers, bedside cabinet as well as closet space.
Two bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen with newly fitted cooking unit, oven, two fridge/freezers and full use of communal cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.
Also a patio/balcony adjacent to the living room that has a pull out bed for an additional bedroom when needed. There are two parking spaces included at the property for the flat and washing and drying facilities for laundry.

I am moving out simply because of work. It's a really great flat and considering the size, location and quietness of the area and the cost is a genuinely really great place to live! I am happy to sell any of the furniture in my room if you are interested too.
