Room for rent in shared apartment

a room from now until august next year I live in a flat share with a friend and am looking to leave my tenancy the rent is £675 a month and the bills are £52 for energy £20 for wifi and £30 for water however with energy it is possible that the last few months of the tenancy may not be needed to be paid for,

It is a 2 floor properly the room I’m in is on the 1st floor as is the kitchen, bathroom and a smaller 2nd living room with a large TV and couch.

It is a tidy property located near the Winton high street

The bills and rent are already paid for this month, my house mate is very respectful and keeps to himself so he wants someone like this and preferably a male
