Double room to rent, 3 bed bungalow with parking

Double room at the front of the bungalow, shared bathroom, kitchen/ lounge area and parking. Access to garden/patio for bbq’s ect, the bungalow is in a good location as shops such as Asda, Sainsbury’s ect are a two minute walk away including nail/hair salons and barbers also places for fast food. If you drive the beach and town is only a 15 minute drive and there is a bus stop right outside the property. Quiet and respectful neighbourhood with a doctors and dentist round the corner. We are looking for someone who is respectful as there are rules and boundaries in place someone who is working ideally full time. Someone who enjoys music as that is a big part of the household but they don’t have to be outgoing we are very big in feeling comfortable and being able to be yourself. They would need to be trustworthy and reliable to pay rent. The potential housemate would expect on a typical weekday a quiet home from Monday to Friday 8:30-6 as others will be at work then after 6pm maybe some music on the vinyl record a bit of tidying up and chill time, dinner has no select time so feel free to eat whenever suits you! On a weekend we normally do motorbike mechanical stuff so will be in the garden most of the day if the weather is good if it’s raining ect expect gaming on the Xbox and chilling.
