Only read further, if you DON'T want a manic house share with other house mates coming and going with a landlord or agent that doesn't care.

Excellent location for Queens Park. JP Morgan, Universities, Town Centre, Airport, train station, bus stop and beach

There is also a garden and courtyard. Parking is easy.

There are two sitting rooms one has an OPEN FIRE.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, gas hob, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Separate laundry room. for washing and drying clothes.

Ultra-fast broadband, exposed wooden floors and original art throughout the house.

This is a large five bedroom four bathroom family house. There is one other female lodger.

As I have an 18 year old daughter, this room is only available for females. It is perfect for short term rentals of a month or two. The bathroom is shared with one other very tidy female lodger.

We respected each other's space and shared great conversations in the warm and inviting shared living areas. The house is spacious and finely decorated, and the back patio and garden are excellent places to chill after a busy day.

It is a short distance from Queens Park and Littledown Leisure Complex and close to sandy, sunny Southbourne Beach.

It is an ideal place to rent, and I recommend it. "
