Girls preferred house- extra large double room

We have a very large double room becoming available in our friendly girls preferred house.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area 2 min walk from Queens Park.

There is plenty of parking, private garden, high speed business broadband.

Our kitchen- diner is very large, bright and spacious- perfect for cooking and socialising.

The house has undergone a complete renovation, with wooden flooring throughout, underfloor heating, power showers and freshly decorated.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate who is very house proud and enjoys living in a beautiful place.

All bills are included and we have a cleaner attending communal areas every other week.
