Hii! My big Double room in an all female very spacious 4-bed flat is available for grabs :).
Wifi is included and water&electricity/gas comes to about 30-40£ a month depending on season.
The Flat has 2 bathrooms and showers + two fridge/freezers so only two people are sharing all of the above which comes with good storage and room especially in the fridge/freezer :)
So if you like to cook that‘s perfect for you. Flat is literally around the corner of the Highstreet near winton banks (1min walk) to pretty much everything you need. From Lidl, Poundland to boots and Waitrose and Buffallo. Bus stops are a min away as well and Uni is about 10min walk.
Sharing with 3 Lovely girls all in their masters! Room comes with lots of storage options and room. Moving out due to work commitments as need to be closer to centre. The tenancy is until beginning of August but there‘s the option to renew the contract.

PS: depending on when you‘d be wanting to move in, rent might be paid for a whole month already so would just pay deposit. I‘m open to discuss this.
