• It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a personal wash basin.

• Photo ID and references are required for all tenants as standard. All housemates will be fully referenced and checked to ensure they are a good fit for the household.
• For this room, prospective tenants will also be asked to prove their salary is at least £24,000 and will require a good credit history.
• Each tenant is given an individual tenancy agreement (Assured Short-hold Tenancy)
