Double room in a friendly but quiet home in Bournemouth.
Easy access to shops, bus, rail, beach, hospital and route into Bournemouth.
The bedroom is on the ground floor and the kitchen/lounge and newly renovated WC, shower room and a separate WC are located on the 1st floor.
You would share these spaces with another easy going female lodger aged 35, there is a quiet sweet dog living here too.
My accommodation is separate but we all share the separate WC.
There is no garden but an enclosed side alley/courtyard with a bench.
Parking is on road.
It’s a warm cosy house, nicely decorated. My lodgers tend to stay a long time.
