We’re looking for a flatmate to take over my tenancy in a lovely flat in Bournemouth to join a shared tenancy with two other flatmates (female, 23 and male, 22).

This includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen and spacious living room.

Rent: £483 Per month
Bills: Approx. £40 per month
Council Tax: £71 per month
Council Tax Band: D

The unfurnished bedroom is cosy with skylights and a walk-in closet. The large bathroom includes a bath, heated towel rack and space for storage.

Moving-in date: Ideally around February-March, but can be discussed
End of tenancy: 7th August 2025

The flat is in a quiet and friendly area, and it is a 15 min walk to Bournemouth Square, a 10 min walk to Westbourne Arcade and a 5 min walk to the beach.
Parking is available and around the corner are bus stops on the route of the M1, M2, 16, U4 and more.
It is a 25 minute bus journey to Bournemouth University Campus - The 36 and U4 go directly.
