Double room in a quiet semi-detached house

IMPORTANT: This listing is available only if you plan to be a residential vegetarian (no meat in the house) and no smoking is allowed.

We have a double room to rent in a semi detached house in Charminster, Bournemouth.

Room comes with a double bed, new mattress and a wardrobe. If you require a desk, we can get one for you.

Bathroom is shared. 

This is a family home, not HMO so it's well looked after.

The house comes with fast (full fibre optic) WiFi and grass garden.

Parking spot is not provided but there is parking available on the street (free of charge).

Tesco express is in a walking distance. Bus stop with M1 bus going to Castlepoint shopping centre and Bournemouth town center is within 5 minutes walking distance.

House is on a residential road off high street so it's very quiet.

Both students and professionals are welcomed.

About us:

We are in our 30s live in landlords. We both work from home (hence fast stable WiFi) so we are home most of the time. 

We are both vegan for over 10 years hence we will not accept meat at our home.

We love nature and animals, playing tennis, yoga pilates and cycling, gardening and house plants.

We have a cocker spaniel dog who is very friendly.

Monthly rent: £600 + bills (will vary per month should not be more than £150)
