Large Double Room + Private Bath, Near Southbourne

Hi! We have a large double room available in our spacious 4-bedroom home near Southbourne, with your own private shower room/bathroom.

The rent includes all bills, and the room is initially available for around 5–6 months, as the house is currently on the market.
There may be some flexibility depending on circumstances.

You’d be living with a professional couple, aged 36 and 39. I work in the office four days a week, while my partner mainly works from home but has his own separate office/setup, so the house is generally quiet during the working day.

My partner’s two children, aged 10 and 12, stay with us for around four nights a month. They’re lovely and are used to sharing the house with others.

The house has a huge, very private south-west-facing garden, the largest on the road, with a lovely patio area which is great in the warmer months. There’s plenty of communal space, while still allowing everyone to have their own privacy. We have an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and a separate living room.

We don’t currently have pets, but we’re happy to consider someone with a pet depending on the animal.

We’re ideally looking for a friendly, considerate working professional who wants a relaxed, comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep. We’re sociable but also very respectful of people having their own space.

Couples will also be considered, although the rent would be adjusted accordingly. There may be some flexibility on price for the right person and overall fit.
