This spacious room in a calm, safe family home features a KING-SIZED bed and bathroom. It's a cozy, welcoming space—perfect for someone looking for more than just a typical professional house share.

The room is bright with a charming fireplace and is part of a beautifully refurbished home (completed two years ago).

Located near Queens Park, JP Morgan, BAU and AUB Universities, Bournemouth Hospital, and the Airport. The train station and beach are just 10 minutes away by car, and there are frequent buses at the end of the road.

Enjoy access to the garden and courtyard, and easy parking. There are two sitting rooms, one with an open fire. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, with a separate laundry room for washing and drying clothes.

The house has ultra-fast broadband, exposed wooden floors, and original art throughout.

I live here with my 18-year-old daughter (who visits a few days a month). As a result, I would prefer a female lodger. My son stays here occasionally and works full-time.

The house is professionally cleaned every Tuesday, with a weekly contribution of £13 towards cleaning costs, payable with the rent.

I stayed in Michael's house for a month while preparing for my driving test. I felt relaxed and comfortable; it was a home away from home. We respected each other's space and shared great conversations in the warm and inviting shared living areas. The house is spacious and finely decorated, and the back patio and garden are excellent places to chill after a busy day. It is a short distance from Queens Park and Littledown Leisure Complex and close to sandy, sunny beach.
It is an ideal place to rent, and I recommend it.
