Single room for 1 person in Westbourne, in a peaceful three bedroomed garden flat. Price is £92 per week (a week is 7 days) (share electricity 50-50, our bills are low. We do not use gas here). COUNCIL TAX & BROADBAND INCLUDED. Strictly NO SMOKING HERE. 10 minutes walk from town centre (The Square). Near EF Language School. 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, garden verandah. We have BT Wifi here
You are welcome to use my kitchen from 7 am to 9 pm, microwave refrigerator, toaster etc but PLEASE no deep frying or wok cooking, nothing making oil smoke.
We do not wear outside shoes in the flat. You need to bring carpet slippers
This is a very peaceful place in an excellent neighbourhood so I am looking for a tenant who respects this.
Wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed, bedside lamp, work desk and cabinet. Bedding and towels provided.
I live in a tree lined quiet street in Westbourne, 5 to 7 minute walk to the bus stop where there are buses every few minutes to Bournemouth town centre and to Poole etc. And you can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes
Nocturnal people are NOT WELCOME here. We sleep at night and are active during the day.
