I own the house but spend most of my time in London, so I’m only there one or two nights a month. You’ll be sharing with one lovely housemate, Amy, and will have the place mostly to yourselves.

The house is currently on the market, so the room is available while it remains unsold. It has been listed for some time though, and you would have plenty of notice if a sale went ahead.

There’s a conservatory and private garden that you’re welcome to use, along with plenty of space for your things in the kitchen, living room and garage. A driveway parking space is also available.

The location is ideal if you work at JP Morgan or the hospital, both within a short walk. It’s a quiet, friendly neighbourhood about a mile from Southbourne, Pokesdown train station, and close to King’s Park.

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate and warm to share the house with.
