I am looking for a long term tenant to rent a very large bedroom in my flat. This is neither a standard bedroom nor a full studio - it sits somewhere in-between. It is large at 24sqm (260 sqft) and it is naturally divided in two sides: one side works as bedroom / office and the other as a dining / sitting room.
