5 bedroom house share

Hiya,
We are 3 soon to be graduated friendly females looking for one or two people to move in to our 5 bedroom property in Central Bournemouth.
Tenancy will begin 3rd August 2025.
We are preferably looking for females but males considered
- MUST be non students.
- Both rooms going are large double bedrooms.
- 2 bathrooms, a spacious one upstairs and one downstairs.
- Off-road parking for one car.
- Current tenants are clean, non-judgemental, and respectful.

* Rent per month is £500 each with 4 tenants or £400 each with 5 tenants.
* Bills NOT included but currently around £60-£70 a month each and this covers all bills, including WiFi.
* Council tax will be roughly £50 a month each.
