The room is well-lit and is for one person only. The room includes a bed, wardrobe, desk and bookshelf.
The house has 2 shared bathrooms, a kitchen with a washing machine and lounge. There are 4 rooms in total (1 man and 2 women). The landlord does not allow bicycles inside the house.
The ideal tenant must be a professional (Preferably female) be a non-smoker, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful. We prefer limited visitors to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Strictly no heavily spiced cooking, to keep the apartment fresh.
The room will be available starting November 1st. The minimum stay is 6 months, but we prefer someone who plans to stay for more than a year.
Our home is conveniently located close to public transport and shops.
